- WHAT MODES OF PAYMENT DOES CUL-DE-SAC ACCEPT?
- We accept payments via Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards via Payments by Xendit, Gcash and Maya via Xendit, and Atome. The option for Cash On Delivery is currently unavailable.
- HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?
- Delivery is free with a minimum purchase of P6,000. Orders below the said minimum purchase will be charged a shipping fee of P200 for shipments within Metro Manila and P250 for Provincial areas. The client may also opt to book an on-demand delivery service (Grab, Lalamove, etc.) for same day deliveries that will be in the care of the client. Worldwide shipment is currently unavailable.
- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
- Delivery within Metro Manila will take 2 to 5 days while deliveries to Provincial areas will take 3 to 10 days. Clients may also opt to do a store pick-up after purchasing from the website or book an on-demand delivery service of their choice (e.g. Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy, etc.)
- CAN I STILL CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION?
- We do not accept order cancellations once the payment has been confirmed. However, if the order has not been paid yet, kindly send us a message at our Contact Us page. With this, we advise all customers to review their orders before confirmation in order to ensure a smooth transaction.
- CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEM?
- Within NCR: Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy Form.
- Outside NCR: Fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our Return/Exchange Policy Form.
Valid reasons for return and exchange include the following:
- The product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the website
- A faulty, defective, or damaged product (e.g. rips/tears, color defect)
- Product that is not as advertised on the website
- Wrong item is delivered, or
- Change of size
- All items for return should be placed in its original packaging, with complete accessories, and attached hangtag and/or price tag.
- Please note that return/exchange of intimate apparel or items considered as generally hygienic in nature (e.g. underwear, socks, stockings, earrings, etc.) will not be accepted.
- CUL-DE-SAC will provide you with a credit note equal to the amount of the returned item/s that you may use to make a separate purchase online. Cash refund is not allowed.
- Fees (shipping fee, taxes, and other incurring fees) incurred upon returning process are to be shouldered by the customer.
- CUL-DE-SAC will not be liable for any cost if, under some circumstance, the item becomes lost, damaged or mishandled during the return process.
All items for Return or Exchange shall be subjected to evaluation. CUL-DE-SAC reserves the right to decline Return or Exchange if any of the aforementioned conditions are not met or not agreed upon by the customer.
- DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES NATIONWIDE/INTERNATIONALLY?
- We currently ship within the Philippines only. Any updates on our shipping coverage will be posted on this site and our social media accounts.
- CUSTOMER CARE
- Our customer care team is available weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You may also opt to message us with your concerns by filling out the Contact Us form.
- Before we proceed with the processing and delivery of your order, we will have to confirm if payment has been successfully made.
- All orders made before 8:00 PM will be processed on the same day, while all orders made after 8:00 PM will be processed the following day.
- DO I NEED TO SET UP A CUL-DE-SAC ACCOUNT TO SHOP FROM YOUR WEBSITE?
- You can shop at Cul-De-Sac.ph without creating an account. However, creating an account with us will enable you to have the following benefits:
- To receive updates on new arrivals, exclusive promotions and sale events at CUL-DE-SAC.
- To allow CUL-DE-SAC to save and protect your personal and shopping information, for ease of shopping on your next visit.
- IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?
- Cul-De-Sac is in strict compliance with the Data Privacy Act (RA10173). This includes sharing any kind of personal information, contact numbers, billing statements, credit card details, and the likes of the client.
- Only necessary information will be shared to third parties should you opt to have your order delivered through third party accounts not accredited to the Cul-De-Sac.ph home company.
- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- For Standard Shippinh via Worklink Dalivery or wsi.ph, you will receive an email update on the shipment status and tracking number of your order. Tracking link is: https://wsi-locator.xarosa.online/
- For Store Pick-Up orders, you will be personally contacted by CUL-DE-SAC store personnel on the details regarding pick-up date and time.
- For third party deliveries, our CUL-DE-SAC personnel will send you a confirmation message via SMS on the status of order pick-up.

- WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IN MY ORDER BECOMES UNAVAILABLE?
- CDS customer service team will contact the client via email and/or SMS to let them know of any unavailable items in their order. The client may then opt to:
- Change the unavailable item to which a new invoice will also be sent that will include any additional payment (if needed) or any necessary refund.
- Choose a refund instead of an item change.
- HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?
- A refund request will be sent to the client’s bank that will take 7 to 14 days (depending on the issuer) for the bank to credit back the customer’s balance if Credit/Debit Cards were used to check out.
- Payments done via Atome will also take 7- 14 days to refund.
- Check-outs done via e-wallets (Gcash/Maya) will be refunded the same day of request.
- Refunds via Paypal will take 3 to 7 days.
- DOES CUL-DE-SAC HAVE SEASONAL SALES?
- CUL-DE-SAC offers seasonal sales twice a year and various promotional sales throughout the year. Register for email updates to be notified when our sale starts, and when we offer further reductions.
